If the tires are of equal size and are not loose from the rims and are not falling apart It does not hurt to run them smooth indoors. Traction will be a problem if you are out of doors on wet ,snowy or ice covered ground. Anti skid, oil dry and even kitty litter has been used to resolve the outside traction problem. You are the best judge of what is safe for your work environment.

Can i get certified in forklift using an itin number?

Anyone know if i can get certifed in forklift using a ITIN number ?? or if i can ASE certified using an ITIN number?

No. In order to be certifed in Forklifts, you must be trained on the hazards that are specific to the work environment you will be driving at. According to OSHA, only the employer can certify you to drive forklifts at their facility.

This is from the OSHA FAQ’s on certifying forklift drivers:

"Outside qualified training organizations can provide evidence that the employee has successfully completed the relevant classroom and practical training. However, each employer must ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation."

Some businesess will provide training programs to employers so they can evaluate their drivers according to OSHA standards.
